If you are planning a short visit to China and you do not have Chinese nationality, you may need to apply for a visa. Whether or not you need a visa for China depends on your nationality and the length of your stay in China.
Apply for a Chinese visa at the Chinese mission (embassy or consulate) in the country where you reside or are entitled to reside. A visa is only provided if the requirements are met. One of the requirements might be to provide a visa invitation letter.
Our exhibition organizer is able to supply this invitation letter. You will need to register as a visitor first. Your confirmation of registration will contain a link to apply for a visa invitation letter.
To request a VISA letter, you must include your company‑related email address. Free email accounts like Gmail, Outlook, Hotmail, and Yahoo cannot be supported and will not receive a VISA invitation letter.
